Overview
Our water transport desk covers inland waterway and barge movements, towage, pontoon transports and terminal-to-terminal shuttles. It is the lowest-emission leg of most European supply chains and often the only practical option for oversized units.
We arrange the barge or pontoon, the tug, the loading method and the escort or permits required by the waterway authority, and we supervise loading and lashing on site where the cargo warrants it.
