Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share and protect personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Business contact details: name, company, job title, email, telephone
- Enquiry and booking content you send us
- Shipment, cargo and invoicing data
- Compliance documentation collected for KYC and sanctions screening
- Correspondence and call notes
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, and cookie data as described in our Cookie Policy
3. Why we process it, and on what lawful basis
- To prepare quotations and perform contracts — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
- To comply with accounting, tax, AML and sanctions obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR
- To operate, secure and improve our website — legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
- To send commercial information where you have agreed — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims — legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where it is needed to deliver the service or meet a legal obligation: carriers, shipping lines, port agents, customs brokers, warehouse operators, insurers, banks, accountants, legal advisers, IT and email service providers, and competent authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
5. International transfers
Shipping is international, so data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, for example to a port agent or consignee in the destination country. Such transfers are made under an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or because the transfer is necessary to perform the contract with you (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR).
6. Retention
- Accounting and tax records: 5 years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required by Polish law
- AML and KYC records: 5 years from the end of the business relationship
- Contract and shipment files: for the duration of the relationship and the applicable limitation period
- Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 24 months
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
We respond to requests within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS/TLS. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel, systems are access-controlled and we apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk.
9. Providing data
Providing business contact and compliance data is a contractual and statutory requirement. Without it, we cannot accept a booking or issue an invoice.
